2205, 2507 Stainless Steel Pipes
Austenitic stainless steel, featuring excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, is suitable for continuous exposure to environments up to 2100°F and can also be used intermittently at temperatures as high as 1900°F.
Stainless steel is a high-alloy steel that, thanks to its high chromium content, exhibits superior corrosion resistance compared to other types of steel. Based on their crystal structure, stainless steels can be classified into three main types: ferritic steel, austenitic steel, and martensitic steel. Additionally, there is a category known as precipitation-hardening stainless steel, which combines the characteristics of both martensitic and austenitic steels.

304H (S30409) is an austenitic stainless steel whose main components include iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and a small amount of carbon (C). It exhibits excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various equipment and pipelines used in high-temperature environments—particularly ideal for industrial applications that require durability under both high temperatures and corrosive conditions.
347H stainless steel is a niobium/tantalum-stabilized austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel. By adding niobium and tantalum, this material effectively inhibits the formation of chromium carbides. Since these elements have a stronger affinity for carbon than chromium does, niobium-tantalum carbides preferentially precipitate within the grain interiors rather than accumulating at grain boundaries. As a result, 347H is ideal for applications requiring intermittent heating between 800°F (427°C) and 1650°F (899°C), or in situations where post-weld annealing cannot be performed after welding. Additionally, 347H stainless steel is non-magnetic.
Alloy 321 is an austenitic stainless steel containing a higher level of molybdenum, along with the additional element nitrogen. This unique composition makes it particularly effective in enhancing resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, while also providing outstanding resistance to chemical attack. Its low-carbon content ensures minimal susceptibility to sensitization during welding, while the added nitrogen further boosts the material's overall strength. Moreover, Alloy 321 boasts the highest resistance to aqueous solution corrosion among all standard stainless steels, and it also exhibits superior creep resistance, stress rupture strength, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures.

316 is the standard molybdenum-containing grade, and in austenitic stainless steels, it ranks second in importance only to 304. Thanks to the addition of molybdenum, 316 exhibits superior overall corrosion resistance compared to 304—particularly in chloride environments, where it demonstrates enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

347H stainless steel plate is an austenitic stainless steel, classified as a special grade within the austenitic steel family.
