316L Grade Stainless Steel Plate

This material is primarily used in fields such as pulp and paper machinery, mechanical engineering, chemical equipment, pressure vessels, and architectural decoration. It exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion by acidic and alkaline gases/solutions. When molybdenum is added, its ability to withstand reducing salts and marine atmospheric conditions is further enhanced. Additionally, its low carbon content gives it outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion.

347H Stainless Steel Products

347H stainless steel is an austenitic, heat-resistant stainless steel stabilized with niobium (Nb), combining excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and high-temperature strength. Its chemical composition features a niobium content that is more than eight times the carbon content (Nb ≥ 8C - 1.00), a characteristic that significantly enhances its resistance to intergranular corrosion while maintaining stable performance even in high-temperature environments ranging from 427°C to 816°C.

304L Grade Stainless Steel

304L-grade stainless steel is generally considered the most widely used austenitic stainless steel. It contains a high nickel content, typically ranging from 8% to 10.5% by weight, as well as a relatively high chromium content—around 18% to 20% by weight. In addition, its primary alloying elements include manganese, silicon, and carbon, while the remaining chemical composition is predominantly iron.

304, 304L, 304H, 30403 Materials

Stainless steel grades: 304, 304L, 304H, 30403, 30409, 316, 321, 309S, 310S, 904L, 2205, 2507, 316Ti, 316L, 347H

304 Stainless Steel Plate

304 stainless steel plate is made from austenitic stainless steel containing 18.0%–20.0% chromium and 8.0%–10.5% nickel, and is categorized into two types—hot-rolled and cold-rolled—based on the rolling process.

904L Steel Plate

This material contains less than 0.03% carbon, with 18–20% chromium, 23–25% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and 4–5% copper. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, particularly outstanding in dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride-containing environments, effectively resisting both stress corrosion and pitting corrosion.

Stainless Steel 316Ti

316TI (also known as Mo2Ti or 316Ti) is a titanium-modified austenitic stainless steel, designated as 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti in China. This material enhances its resistance to intergranular corrosion by adding titanium to the base SUS316 steel, making it ideal for use in chemical equipment operating in corrosive environments such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and acetic acid.

30409 Stainless Steel Plate

Stainless steel grades: 304, 304L, 304H, 30403, 30409, 316, 321, 309S, 310S, 904L, 2205, 2507, 316Ti, 316L, 347H

310S Stainless Steel Plate

310S stainless steel plate (also known as 0Cr25Ni20 or 06Cr25Ni20) is a high-alloy stainless steel belonging to the 25Cr-20Ni series, containing 24%-26% chromium and 19%-22% nickel. It exhibits exceptional resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, with continuous service temperatures reaching up to 1150°C and capable of enduring brief exposure up to 1200°C. In its solution-treated state, the material is non-magnetic, with a density of 7.98 g/cm³ and a melting point ranging between 1400–1450°C.

321 Stainless Steel Plate

321 stainless steel is a ferritic steel that boasts excellent mechanical properties and high-temperature corrosion resistance. It is typically classified as a chromium-based stainless steel and is widely used in automotive exhaust systems as well as applications requiring superior weldability.
